Mrs. Harris inspired me to write 2 and 1/2 pages on the FSA. She gave us a speech and it helped me do my work better. I can and I will be able to do it better with more detail and more punctuation and more paragraphs.

My experience at the workshop hosted by Always Truth Incorporated was a fun and enriching learning experience. It was a challenging workshop that taught me new things by using clever techniques. I would recommend this workshop to everyone because I know it will be as fulfilling and rewarding for them as it was for me.

My name is Tiffani. I am currently in an Honor's English class at Liberty High School. My teacher's name is Dr. Sandra Tynes. This honor's class can be a bit challenging at times, but I have discovered that by listening to Ms. Preston's CD entitled; I Am An Excellent Writer, I have been encouraged to become a better writer. This CD has also helped me to concentrate more deeply on what I am learning in class. It has helped me to think more positive about myself and the abilities that I already possess. I thank Ms. Preston for this wonderful CD. I think that she will be able to reach a lot of people with her inspiring words on this CD. Once you listen to the CD, I feel you too will be encouraged and the words "I Am An Excellent Writer" will probably become inspirational to you as well.

Finally there is a fun, modern, motivational and educational CD about writing! I like the style of the I Am An Excellent Writer CD. I think it will be great for various age groups, especially those taking standardized writing tests. I also like the fact that instrumentals were included. I remember learning a lot of lessons to songs when I was younger, and I still remember them today. I think this is a great learning tool for students. Quick beats, catchy lyrics, and full of pertinent information for doing well in writing.

I met Ms. Tameka Preston at the Y Achievers presentation in April 2010. She spoke to us about how to improve our communication skills and how to speak in front of audiences and be comfortable and confident speaking. We participated in a lot of activities, but the one I remember the most is the one where we created an introduction of ourselves. At this time Ms. Tameka touched me because she pulled me to the side to help me with the introduction I created. She corrected me on my grammar and she told me that she spoke a lot of slang and shared her techniques on becoming a better communicator. Ms. Tameka's story inspired me because I can relate to her childhood and see that she overcame and where she is now is where I want to be. I thought if she could do it, so can I.

A few months later, I saw her at the store and she began speaking with me. We exchanged numbers and from that point on, I have been keeping in contact with her and volunteering with her company because I would like to be a teacher as well as an entrepreneur. Ms. Tameka has a big impact on my life and is helping me through my senior year with her help and encouragement. Not only is she a speaker, tutor and teacher, but she is a mentor and I am glad I met Ms. Tameka.
