About Tameka

Tameka has a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership. She taught kindergarten, 1st grade, and 9th-12th-grade students and college students. While teaching at an Elementary School, she was voted Teacher of the Year during the 2004-2005 school year and was also voted Teacher of the Year in the summer of 2007 by the students in the Upward Bound Program.
Deciding to walk by faith and not by sight, Tameka began a career in public speaking in 2006. The name of her business is Always Truth Incorporated®. Always Truth Incorporated® is dedicated to teaching, reaching, and uplifting to help inspire people. In 2008 and 2009, Tameka won 1st place in Toastmasters, Club 129 Speech Competition. Not only is Tameka a motivational speaker, but she is also a certified teacher, assistant principal, tutor, professor, poet, author, and educational rap artist, who has appeared on the Good Life on WTGL TV 45 and performed on stages throughout the community.
